Questions about check in/out
Where do I find my Welcome Letter?
The Welcome Letter should have been sent to your email along with your lease agreement. Please check your spam folder before contacting your booking agent.
When will I receive my move in instructions?
The move in instructions are sent out three weeks prior to your move in date.
At what time do i have to move out of my room?
The latest possible move out time is 11:00AM on the last day of your lease. Late check outs will incur a fee. Please remember to throw out all your trash, and remove all your belongings before moving out.
How do I get my keys?
The keys will either be with the doorman or in your room. This will be specific to you and we will let you know how exactly you will get your keys, when the time comes.
what do I need to do to be able to move in?
You have to sign the lease asgreement and pay your first invoice.
Where do I leave my keys?
After your stay, please leave the keys in your room. If the keys are not in the room, a fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

Where do I find the Wifi login for the apartment and for the lounge?
The Wi-Fi info for the apartment is listed on a document hanging on the fridge. You can also find it in the welcome letter. Please keep in mind that downloading illegal content will result in loss of Wi-Fi. Lounge WiFi Info: Username: wifi@newyorknext.com Password: newyorknext123
Does the room come furnished?
All New York Next rooms come fully furnished.

New York next apartments will include:

What do I do if I want to extend my lease or change my room?
If you want to either extend your lease or change your lease agreement, please contact your booking consultant at the earliest time possible.
How do I know who my booking consultant is?
Your booking consultant is the first person you talked to.
If something is broken in my apartment, who do I contact?
If something were to happen or you discover upon move in that something is not what it seems, please contact support@newyorknext.com and remember to include your room number, apt number, and name.
My tup/shower/sink is clogged, what do I do?
Email support@newyorknext.com, we will find a solution ASAP!
I need help ASAP, do you have a number I can call?
Yes we do. Our office number is: +1 (917) 934-3484. Pleasse keeo in mind that our office hours are 10am-8pm EDT.
I lost my keys... What do I do?
If you lose your keys, email or call support. We will let you know how you can easily get new ones.
Are Utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are not included in the rent. However, each tenant has a cap of $30 on their utility bill. This means that if your utility bill exceeds $30, we will not charge you more.
Questions about deposit and payment
When will I get back my security deposit?
Your security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days after the move out. Bank information should be sent to payments@newyorknext.com, who also have alll the questions for anything relating to deposits or payments.
